Plans & billing
What each plan costs, how live hours and overage work, and how the Solo spend cap behaves.
RepCue has three self-serve plans and a custom Enterprise tier. Seats buy the product; metered live hours keep the pricing honest for both sides.

Solo is for a founder doing their own sales: the full live copilot, post-call work, knowledge base, battlecards, CRM sync and your own analytics, with team-scale surfaces (teams, coaching workflow, scorecard templates, per-team policies, scheduled reports) reserved for Team.
Founding is the first-fifteen-teams price: everything in Team, price locked for twelve months.
What counts as a live hour
A live hour is time the HUD is armed and streaming audio on a real call. Roleplay practice, console use, post-call processing and review are never metered. Assist-only calls meter the same as recorded ones.
Team and Founding hours are pooled across the workspace: ten seats is a 300-hour pool, and a rep who runs 50 hours draws from the same pool as one who runs 10.
Overage, and the Solo spend cap
Past your pool, hours bill at $2.50 each on the next invoice. There is no hard stop mid-call: the copilot never abandons you over billing.
Solo workspaces additionally start with a $50 per-period overage cap: once the period's overage reaches it, new calls pause until renewal, while a call already in progress always finishes. Raise, lower or remove the cap any time in Settings → Billing; any workspace can set one.
Seats, upgrades and invoices
- Seat changes are prorated immediately; the count can never drop below your active users.
- Solo is exactly one seat by design; upgrading to Team keeps your calls, knowledge base and history.
- Billing runs through Dodo Payments; payment methods and invoices live in the portal linked from Settings → Billing, and every metered hour is an exportable line item.
